Management and Staff

Our staff is known for being caring, nurturing and discerning of each child's individual needs. They are committed to partnering with parents to provide the foundation for the child to grow to be a loving, productive, confident, and responsible person.

Each one of the Little Lamb Preschool staff members is trained and qualified to teach early childhood education by meeting the State requirements.

The level of education varies as some teachers hold a California Child Development Teacher Permit, AA or BA in Early Childhood Education. All of them are experienced in providing early learning education, and committed to being attentive to children and supporting a loving and Christian environment.

Director Diane Johnson has been a part of the school for 19 years. Previously, she worked at Kings Kids Preschool, Fremont Christian Preschool and Christian Community Preschool. She has been in the field of Early Childhood since 1985.

Assistant Director Janice Dickinson has been a part of Little Lamb Preschool since it began in 1991. She previously taught at The Mini-School.

Administrative Assistant Maria Cheng - with Little Lamb since September.

Kitchen Co-ordinator Shar Snelson - 5 years with Little Lamb.

Pre-K Lead Teacher Kathy Drago - 12 years - previously taught at Kings Kids Preschool. 

Carol Gadd - 13 years - previously taught at Fremont Christian School.

Jen Branch - 2 years at Little Lamb.

Half Day 3-4 Class Lead Teacher Cheryl Reisler - 12 years at Little Lamb.

Wing Ho Wai - 7 years - previously taught at the City of Fremont Tiny Tots.

Rebecca Pack - 3 years at Little Lamb

Janet Springs - 5 years - previously taught in the Fremont Unified District.

Christina Scott - 6 years at Little Lamb.

Priscilla Wong - 2 years at Little Lamb.

Full Day 3-4 Class Lead Teacher Linda Leigh Stumbo - 13 years - previously taught at Brentwood Forest Day School.

Madge Wong - 13 years - previously an Oakland School District Teachers Aide.

Melissa MacLure - 3 years with Little Lamb and has worked in the Newark Unified School District for 6 years.
